Appointments Page

Main sections

The appointments page consists of three sections:

1. The side panel

The panels allows you to create a new appointment, and control the displayed appointments list. You can select a date from the calender to display. Below the callender is the Doctors tabs and the Followups tab. The doctors tab displays the doctors list in the clinic. When selecting the followups tab, the list of the followups will be displayed.

2. The appointments view

This is the main view in the appointment page. The list of appointments is displayed here. You can toggle between List view, Day view, and Week view.

3. Today's Schedule

Today's schedule is the special area on the right that gives you an easy access to today's list of appointments. This area is not affected by the controls on the side panel (date or selected doctors). You will find that "Today's Schedule" is really useful when you start working with the system.

Basic navigation

The are many options to navigate throght appointments lists.

• Day view/ week view/ list view

Toggle between the these view to make it easier to view the schedule.

• Next / previous buttons

  To easily select the next / previous time period (day or week), use the Next / Previous buttons.

  

• Calendar

  The calendar in the side panel can be used to select a specific date.

• Doctors / Followups

  The doctors list in the side panel is used to filter appointments list in the main view by doctor. If a doctor is not selected, their appointments will not be shown. Also, if a doctor is not working today, an off sign be shown next to their name.
