Billing

Balsam Medico includes a powerful finance and billing module to manage the clinic financial aspect. You can generate bills and invoices, create payment plan for treatments, manage clinic expenses, and generate insurance claims.

Create new bill

There are 2 ways to create a new bill:

1. Automatically when creating an appointment

Whenever an appointment is created, a new bill is created with at least 1 bill item: the appointment. You can easily view the bill by clicking on the appointment in the appointments tab, and then clicking on the Go to bill button.

2. Manually creating a bill

You can create a bill manually for a specific patient by going to the Finance tab and then the Billing tab and clicking on the Generate bill button.
