Balsam Medico

Balsam Medico is a Clinic Management System that is designed to be simple and intuitive. A lot of effort has been put into creating a system that can be used by anyone, even with no prior technical knowledge. That being said, Medico is a powerful and flexible system that can be adjusted to fit any flow.

Roles

The system consists of 3 main roles:

Owner

The owner role in the clinic has access to the Dashboard and Reports, Admin Area, Patients Lists, Inventory Management, and Lab Cases Tracking modules.

Doctor

The doctor role has access to the Planner, Electronic Medical Records, Lab Cases Tracking, and Inventory Management modules.

Receptionist

The receptionist module has access to the Appointments, Patients Lists, Finance and Billing, Lab cases tracking, and Inventory Management modules.

Roles can be assigned to staff members from the Admin Area.
